Aren’t we all on the same team?

I thought that this article was a bit informative.  Especially since it has Austin Frischman listed a few times in it.  Check it out.

    If you read the article, you may have noticed that it does not portray the pest control industry in a very positive light. While I believe that we ARE a very positive force in the marketplace and world, I also believe that we need to be informed as to what others are saying/writing about us. I think that this article was previously released and that Frank had written a very fine response to it. If anyone has access to that response article, please post it here so that we all may share it.
